Are you free today or tomorrow? Can you get to The Other Palace in London? Were you a fan of Saved By The Bell? If the answer to these questions is yes. I implore you to get yourself a ticket to see Bayside The Musical.
It’s alright because I’m Saved By The Bell
Bayside The Musical is a parody of hit 90s TV show Saved By The Bell. With a tiny cast of just eight players and no set to speak of, don’t think that this won’t be worth your time.
It’s hilarious and clever in equal measures and touches on pretty much every highlight you could remember from the show. Including that awful summer at Malibu Sands!
#TheExtras
An extra special shout out has to go the extras. Roann McCloskey and William Hazell were superb playing multiple parts. I pretty much have decided I want to become best friends with McCloskey and I can’t not mention Hazell’s rendition of Tory being a particular highlight!
If you have the chance over the next couple of days please go and see it. It’s funny, nostalgic and thoroughly enjoyable.
*I was invited to the show for review purposes. All words and thoughts are my own. If I didn’t love it, I’d say so.
