Woohoo! It’s Friday again. I have been awake since 4am so I’m looking forward to getting some extra sleeping in this weekend.
I’m really craving cake today but can’t be bothered going out to buy any and if I make a whole one and eat it all I’ll feel like a huge fatty. It’s so hard to decide what to do!!!
Anyway, here we go. This week has gone by in a bit of a blur. It all seemed to move so fast!
<3 Last Saturday Tom and I went to the National Gallery and on a bit of a walking tour around London with his Grandma. She’s really quite knowledgeable when it comes to the history of London so it was really interesting, even if it was cold and drizzly.
<3 We have been a bit poorly with colds since then but there has been plenty of cuddles on the sofa feeling sorry for ourselves.
<3 My gorgeous best friend, Hannah, had her birthday on Wednesday and was super happy with her presents off me which made me happy. Although I didn’t get to see her which was sad. When she finally gets round to sending me a picture of her and her gift I’ll tell you all about it!
<3 We decided to move Valentine’s Day forward a day because we’re busy little bees and had other things to do but Tom made me a really cute bunch of origami flowers.
<3 We also then treated ourselves to a massive feast from Dominos and I had a cheesy cheese pizza 🙂
<3 On Thursday I got to open another Valentine’s Day present (because I’m spoilt) this one wasn’t off Tom though. It was off Hannah and was a gorgeous green scarf I’ve been coveting for a while.
<3 Yesterday also meant I got to see the lovely Annie Bean. (I’m sorry the bed collapsed!)
<3 Other than that I’ve become totally obsessed with Kawaii DIY and I want to try to do pretty much everything on there!!
<3 I love Miss Moss’s Compendium of Radness anyway but I’m loving her post about daily dishonesty. We all do it, who are we trying to kid?
<3 Apart from cake, the only other thing I want to eat right now are these baked egg boats from Spoon Fork Bacon.
<3 I’m a big fan of a band called Kites and their frontman, Matthew, writes a regular column for The Huffington Post. This one on why Valentine’s Day is the most insufferable of the year made me smile.
<3 We all know I’m a big fan of a brew so when I discovered the Tea Cup SlingsHOT I was totally gobsmacked. It keeps the teabag from falling into the cup and you can squeeze it without needing a spoon! Genius.
<3 I love getting post so when I discovered this Snail Mail Challenge I thought it was brilliant and totally implore anyone and everyone to get involved!
<3 Finally, I just have to share this incredible 3D printed teapot by Jordan Jon Hodgson with you. There are no words!
Have a great weekend
Kisses
