I want to say that once Tom proposed I started reading wedding blogs but that’s just not true. Rock n Roll Bride has been high on my reading list for a while, I just turned up the frequency of my visits once I actually had a ring on my finger and a wedding to plan.
The thing I liked, and still do, about Rock N Roll Bride is that it proved to me weddings didn’t have to stick to a traditional format if you didn’t want it to and kind of gave me the courage to put my foot down against the bits I thought were boring and less important to us.
Then, a few weeks ago our bloody lovely photographer, Chris, asked me if I minded him submitting our wedding to Rock N Roll Bride. To say I was excited was an absolute understatement.
